I revisited my old deviantart page from frosh year (I'm not going to tell you the name of it if you don't already know...it's kinda embarrassing) and wow.  I am quite different.  My style is quite different.  I guess it's a good thing I'm not trying to be "creepy" any more.  Maybe a time will come when the result of how I express myself will creep people out, but I'm a genuinely happy person so I don't want to create art that essentially lies about who I am or how I feel.  Not saying that "creepy" art is a lie, not at all.  I love it, especially when it seems to be an expression of the artist him/herself.  I just personally don't have that sort of "flair".  Granted I haven't done much creating of "art"...it's mostly been assignments and stuff and I don't think I'm actually an artist, I just like painting and stuff.  I need to get on that.  I should start actually doing expressive art rather than just assignments and bullshit.  But then when do I actually have time for that... maybe in college.  Fingers crossed.
